Charron Monaye is a United Nations and Library of Congress-winning writer, editor, and author whose books are known for their epic themes, inspirational concepts, and women empowerment storylines. A few of her best-known titles are Stop Asking for Permission and Give Notice, When Shift Happens, I Want to Quit My Job, and the children’s book, Imagine Life Without African American Inventors.

Monaye has earned a plethora of accolades and honorary degrees. In 2017, she was appointed “Fellow of the Most Excellent Order of International Experts (FOIE)” in the United Nations, awarded an Assembly Resolution from the New Jersey General Assembly and Citation from the 31st New Jersey Senate and in 2023 was Inducted into the prestigious Marquis Who’s Who of America!
